The exceptional artists Petra Ernyei and guitarist Adam Tvrdý are a well-matched duo; after all, they’ve known each other for more than 15 years and have been actively collaborating for the past 6 years. Together, they have performed in Bengaluru, India; Vancouver; Athens; and Berlin, and are preparing for a jazz festival in Italy. They regularly give concerts in Prague and other cities across the Czech Republic.

Petra Ernyei’s delicate vocals, and Adam Tvrdý’s sensitive accompaniment will bring a smile to your face and transport you for a moment to a world where things aren’t as difficult as they sometimes seem. This is also the theme of the song “Somewhere Over the Rainbow,” which Petra and Adam include in their rich repertoire. Jazz, original compositions, Jewish songs, and the mysterious Ladino language—you’ll find all of this on their set list.

Let’s mention their most recent trips—to Vancouver, Canada, where they performed at The Norman & Annette Rothstein Theatre with songs by Jewish composers, and a wonderful concert in a packed hall in Rožnov pod Radhoštěm, where the applause seemed to go on forever.
